IE(I) Student Body Election Process

The Election for the  IE(I) students body will takes places as follows as per the norms laid by IE(I) ELECTORAL ROLL: The registered student members of  IE(I)  are only eligible for casting their vote NOMINATION ELIGIBILITY: The registered student members of  IE(I)  are only eligible to nominate themselves for contesting the elections by submitting the duly filled nomination form to the Nodal officer. A Nodal officer is appointed by the HOD for supervising the nomination process, conducting  elections and declaring results. PROCEDURE FOR CASTING OF VOTE: Every electoral roll can support their candidate by RAISING HAND which are counted and noted by the Nodal officer DECLARATION OF VOTES: The Nodal officer will declare the results as per the support given by the Electoral rolls . In case of any Tie or any matter related to execution of election, the decision of Prof. M. Srinivas (Advisor, ACE) is final.
